Every S. K. Distributions USA, LLC device(s) has been manufactured from the finest materials modern technology has to offer. We constantly testing and refining every design to ensure you receive a quality product. S. K. Distributions USA, LLC warranty protection provides a limited warranty on manufacturer defects for one year from the date of purchase. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
S. K. Distributions USA, LLC Thera-Glide™ devices are not designed nor intended for standing, running, skating, sliding across floors. Alteration of S. K. Distributions USA, LLC products will void warranty.
Orders placed before 3:30pm EST usually ship same day. Orders received after 3:30pm EST on Friday or on weekends will ship on Monday, or the next business day. We do not refund shipping costs (full or partial) if there is a delay in shipping caused by the shipper (USPS). Shipments to countries outside the US could be subject to duties and/or taxes due at time of delivery and are the customer’s responsibility.
S. K. Distributions USA, LLC is so sure you will be satisfied with any of our Thera-Glide™ products that we offer a 30-day 100% Customer Service Guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your device, simply return the product to us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund your money, or replace the product, whichever you prefer (excluding shipping charges). Should you need to return product to us visit the CONTACT US page to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Please do not send product to us without an RMA number.
International Order Exchanges
If you are from outside the United States and need to exchange product(s) you will be required to pay the shipping both to return the original product to us and to have the new item shipped back to you. (shipping fees vary depending on the country, but you can count on at least $25.00usd). Our customer service department will contact you to make payment arrangements.
